I understand I am expected to supply proper training equipment (leashes, collars, etc.) as needed for the classes.

I understand that attendance of a dog training class is not without risk to myself, members of my family, friends who may attend, or my dog. I understand that some of the dogs that I will be exposed to may be difficult to handle and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I take full responsibility for the actions of my dog and myself.

I, the undersigned handler, release VIP Dog Sports and any of its agents from any liability for all injuries, risks, loss or damage to myself or my dog which may arise from any cause during my attendance.

I understand that many exercises in class require me to work my dog off leash. I release VIP Dog Sports from any liability or loss should my dog escape my control. I understand that all precautions will be made to contain my dog but still this cannot be guaranteed.

Payment is required in advance to hold your space and is non-refundable.

If you are signing up for a private lesson package, please review the section on Credits & Refunds in the VIP Policies for missed class/reschedule policy.

Class fee amounts are found on our website under the Paypal Payments page and every attempt is made to keep this up to date. Please contact your instructor if there is any question on payment amounts.
